Caregiver Perspective
Donna holds nothing back as she shares her lifetime journey as a family caregiver. Blogging provided an outlet for releasing pent-up emotions as she shared experiences with other caregivers. Starting a blog became her solution to copying with her feeling of isolation. It gave her an avenue to share what she knew with others in the hope that her experiences might help them not feel as isolated as she did. Her history as a caregiver started in 2006. Many of these blogs were written in those early years, but those truths still apply. Therefore, she’s reprinting them for those who are new to caregiving because the truth never gets old.
