IHadCancer.com was founded by Mailet Lopez, who, after her own breast cancer diagnosis at age 33, realized the need for a platform to connect cancer patients with survivors who truly understand their experiences. Her chance encounter with a fellow survivor in a waiting room inspired her to create this resource, utilizing her expertise as a digital agency co-founder to build a supportive community for those affected by cancer.
